As a founding partner, he works directly with ownership groups, developers, and property managers to align scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring projects meet the highest quality standards. Known for his proactive communication and commitment to doing things the right way, Brock plays a key role in shaping Total Pro’s culture and long-term growth.

Corey Sanchez is the CEO and Co-Founder of Total Pro, a commercial construction and general contracting firm based in Waxahachie, Texas. With a hands-on leadership style and a commitment to quality, Corey drives the company’s vision to deliver reliable, client-focused construction solutions across exterior renovations, tenant improvements, and ground-up industrial and commercial builds. Prior to Total Pro, he also founded and leads Roofing and Restoration Services of America (RRSA), where he applies extensive project management experience and integrity-first business practices. Corey is passionate about building lasting client relationships, fostering safety and efficiency on every jobsite, and elevating community spaces through thoughtful construction.
