Arden Industrial Park

Total Pro served as general contractor for the Arden Industrial Park, a ground-up commercial development on a three-acre site in Waxahachie. The project delivered more than 15,000 square feet of office and warehouse space designed for multi-tenant use. Scope included civil work, foundations, steel structure, site utilities, and full interior build-out. The resulting facility offers modern functionality, durability, and expansion-ready capacity for growing industrial businesses.

12 North Student Apartments

Total Pro completed a multi-phase renovation project at 12 North, a student housing community near Texas A&M. The scope included renovating 198 resident bathrooms and upgrading lighting across 113 kitchens. Working on an occupied property and student lease schedule, our team coordinated materials, trade labor, and unit access to deliver consistent quality finishes while keeping disruptions to a minimum.

Chaparral Apartments

Total Pro delivered a turnkey renovation project for Chaparral Apartments, supporting upgrades to both shared amenities and resident units. Work included a full remodel of the community clubhouse and leasing office, asbestos remediation, and interior renovations to kitchens and bathrooms in nine units. Our team managed the project end-to-end, ensuring safety compliance, quality finishes, and minimal downtime for ongoing operations.

Country Club Gardens

Total Pro completed a large-scale exterior renovation for Country Club Gardens, a 250-unit multifamily community in Tulsa. The project included siding and façade upgrades across the property, exterior improvements to resident buildings, and a full refresh of the clubhouse exterior. Our team worked with the ownership group to modernize curb appeal, enhance durability, and improve the community experience with minimal disruption to residents.
